Washington's Landing Engagement Session | Lorena & Sam
Lorena and Sam brought their cute puppy to their engagement session. I always love when pets come to the session. We started things out at Mellon Park - a photographer favorite for a reason. For some classic Pittsburgh, we ended the night at Washington’s Landing. I love this view of the city.
Sheraton at Station Square Wedding | Emily & Travis
Sheraton at Station Square Wedding | Emily & Travis
Emily and Travis were just the nicest couple, and they were up for anything! Their venue was being renovated, and I fell in love with a wall of drywall that was half-done. Luckily, Emily & Travis were both up for it, and using that wall as a backdrop made for some of my favorite new photos!
Allegheny Commons Park Senior Portraits | Rohan
Allegheny Commons Park, specifically the area behind the Aviary, is one of my favorite parks in the city. It is very close to the skyline views of the North Shore, but far enough away that you can get a true nature-vibe. Rohan rocked his session there with a suit-style to kick things off, and ended on a more casual note for night shots with the city background.
Phipps & North Shore Senior Portraits | Lindsey
Lindsey wanted a combination of flowers and classic Pittsburgh for her senior portraits, so we had to start things off at Phipps. Their front lawn is always a gorgeous array of colors. Her mom even made that awesome 2023 sign to celebrate her senior year! Another high school senior we ran into borrowed if for a shot, haha.
We finished things off on the North Shore with some epic night shots as well. You know those are always my favorites.
The Woods at Eisler Farms Wedding | Brianne & Dave
These two had a magical fairytale wedding in the forest - with beer. Not kidding, there was a separate beer truck and everything! Plus the tables were decorated with growlers from local breweries. Pretty amazing if you ask me.
It was my first time at this venue, and it is literally a dream if you love the outdoors. Beautiful woods, farm tables, a tented reception, and a ceremony overlooking a pond. They had a great sunset to end the day.
Rainy Wedding at the Priory | Salena & Adam
Urgh Pittsburgh weather. Sometimes it doesn’t want to cooperate for a wedding day. Luckily, Salena & Adam were laid-back and open to dancing in the rain! We can always make magic if you’re willing to get the dress wet. For portraits, we headed out to the Highline and captured pictures in the colorful buildings there. We stopped at Smithfield St Bridge on the way back, just to mix things up.
Of course, the rest of the wedding was at the Priory, which is a classic Pittsburgh venue. I always love lit backdrop for the indoor ceremony.
Salt Lake City Wedding | Sam & Curt
You all know how I LOVE to travel. While Covid put a damper on things for a while, now that the whole family is vaccinated, I was so ready to get back at it! We kicked it off in a big way with a week long vacation to capture Sam & Curt’s wedding in Salt Lake! It is such a gorgeous city surrounded by mountains.
These two celebrated with friends and family on the wedding day. Included were special touches with paintings and more. The day after, we adventured into the mountains to grab portraits of the two of them.
Charleston Engagement Session | Polina & Cameron
I LOVE traveling. It is a core part of my identity. So when Polina asked if I’d come down to Charleston for their engagements, of course I said yes! It ended up being my daughter’s first flight at 3 months old as well, so we really had an adventure. I can’t wait to celebrate with these two on their wedding day.
