Winter Aviary Wedding | Alyssa & Christopher
Alyssa & Christopher’s wedding was my very first wedding back from maternity leave. And oh my goodness, what a way to kick off 2022! When you get to hang out with penguins, how can you go wrong. These two braved the cold for some gorgeous golden hour portraits, and then got married surrounded by birds, friends, and family. It was a joyous day. Also, still low-key obsessed with Alyssa’s dress. Love the ruffles.
Bartlett Country Club Wedding | Dustin & Vicki
These two started off their wedding day with a run in the rain with their friends and family. It was a cold morning, but you couldn’t tell by looking at them. The group was all smiles. Even though the morning was rainy, the sun came out for the rest of the day! It was a beautiful wedding, and I’m so glad my husband and I were able to capture it.
Seven Oaks Country Club Wedding | Kate & Dave
Katie & Dave had a chilly winter day for their wedding. They powered through pictures outside. Other than the shivering & goosebumps, you could hardly tell they were cold!
Since we all road together to get to the first look location, the groomsmen took great pleasure in blindfolding Dave so that he couldn’t catch an early glimpse of his bride-to-be. Getting him on and off the bus was a challenge, but made for some great moments. The look on his face when he saw Kate for the first time made the wait worth it.
Faith & Brad | A Happy Days Lodge Wedding
I first met Faith & Brad when I photographed their proposal back in May (click here to see the pictures!). They are such a wonderful couple, and a joy to photograph, so I was thrilled when they reached out about photographing their wedding!
Laura & Ryan | A Crowne Plaza Suites Pittsburgh South Wedding
Laura & Ryan are the sweetest, most hard-working people. A week after their wedding, they BOTH finished up MBAs - how crazy is that!? For their wedding, they went with a winter/glam vibe, especially apparent in the champagne & gold decor, fur wrap, and abundant candles at their reception. I loved every second of it. You could just see how much they love each other.
